Product Description
Builden 100 is a water-based and stable bitumen emulsion. It is dark brown in colour and dries to a black flexible coating. When dry, it is waterproof and will not re-emulsify in water. It is also odorless and taint free. Exceeds the requirement of ASTM D1227:2000 Type III. Resistance to water, alcohol, most salt solutions and some dilute acids and alkalis. Not resistance to oils, solvent and strong detergent solutions.
