Buyers find you by product, category and distance. They check out online, or ask you for a quotation and reply with a purchase order.

Deliver and get paid
Ship and mark the order as shipped. For online orders, the payment, minus the payment gateway fee, reaches your bank 2 business days after the buyer pays.

Questions sellers ask
Do I need a registered company?
Yes. Sign-up asks for your company registration (SSM) number, a business address and phone number.
How much is the transaction fee?
Nothing until 31 December 2027: it’s 0% as our online selling launch offer, and we’ll give at least 60 days’ notice before any fee starts. The only deduction on an online order is the payment gateway’s fee, listed under Fees above.
What does a fully managed store include?
We set up your store and upload your entire product catalogue for you. The monthly fee is agreed with you; talk to us for a quote.
Can I just send quotations, without selling online?
Yes. Your products still show and buyers can ask you for a quotation. Online checkout stays off until you add your bank details.
How do buyers find my store?
Through search and category pages, which show the nearest suppliers to the buyer’s location, and through Google, which indexes every store and product page.
Who handles delivery?
You do, at the rates you set. Buyers see your delivery charge before they pay.
When do I get paid?
2 business days after the buyer pays, excluding weekends and public holidays, minus the payment gateway fee. Payouts follow our payment gateway’s settlement schedule.
When is an order complete?
When the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically 10 days after you mark it shipped.
I have several branches. Do I register each one?
Talk to us first. We can link your branches to one head-office catalogue, so you manage products once and buyers see the nearest branch.
