Comway category 5E 4 pairs horizontal cables are designed and manufactured compliance with addendum 5 to EIA/TIA-568-B.2 for enhanced Category 5 cabling requirements. The cables are constructed with balanced twisted pairs each consisting of insulated 24AWG copper conductors. The four pairs are enclosed with flexible PVC jacket, it is UL listed and verified with CM flammability rating which makes this product safe to use in commercial and residential applications ranging from fully certified structured cabling systems to home automation.

Being power sum near end crosstalk compliant (PS/NEXT) and power sum equal level far end crosstalk compliant (PSELFEXT) this product is capable of transmitting all full duplex applications. This means that data can transmitted and received on all pairs simultaneously whilst maintaining signal integrity. Comway Category 5E cables is the ideal cable for protocols such as 100BaseT, 155Mbps ATM, 622Mbps ATM, 100Mbps token ring and gigabit ethernet (1000BaseT)
