Product Description
MASTERPAV M300 Color Hardener is a ready to use dry silica quartz mineral aggregate. Suitable for finishing, hardening and coloring over freshly floated and leveled concrete flat-work where the surface is required to be stamped or stenciled.
USES:
MASTERPAV M300 Color Hardener is suitable for both interior and exterior and where areas require additional wear resistance such as:- swimming pool deck, pavement walks, car porch ,artificial rocks, Car park/entrance of Bungalow, Main Entrance of Hotels and Condominiums and etc
COLORS:
MASTERPAV M300 Color Hardener is ready available in a 28 range of color. Where customized color are requires the color hardener can also be formulated to specification with sufficient prior notification and quantities.
Rate of use:
Coverage: 3 to 4 kg/m2.

Product Features
Application:
After the concrete has been screeded, consolidated and further level by bull float and any free water has evaporated or been removed. The surface should be floated by hand or bull floated. Immediately following this floating operation, shake the Color Hardener evenly by hand over the surface. The first application of the Color Hardener should use about 2/3 of the total amount needed. The dry shake materials will absorb some moisture from the freshly prepared concrete and should then be thoroughly floated into the surface, preferably by a bull float. Immediately after this the reminder of the specified amount of the Color Hardener should be distributed evenly over the surface at right angles to the previous application. This should be thoroughly floated and make part of the surface taking care that a uniform colors is obtained. Final troweling is best done by hand.
Note: Colors Shown in this chart will vary from the actual color hardener. Color variation will be expected in the final product due to differing site condition and finishing techniques.
A combination of color hardener and releaser color can also produce different color appearance than anticipated due to pigment interaction.
