Maxway category 6 4 pairs horizontal cables have been developed to support current and next generation applications utilizing 250MHz bandwidth. These cables exceed EIA/TIA568-B.2-1 and ISO/IEC 11801 Category 6 requirements. Maxway Category 6 cables are contructed with four highly balanced twisted pairs, locked in position by a central spacer. Each pair consists of two precision engineered 24 AWG conductors to ensure low loss, high balance and minimum crosstalk performance. The four pairs are enclosed with flexible PVC jacket, it is UL listed and verified with CM flammability rating which makes this product safe to use in commercial and residential applications ranging from fully certified structured cabling systems to home automation. Features & Benefits Exceeds ISO/IEC 11801 requirement. • Fully downward compatible with Category Exceeds EIA/TIA-568-B.2-1 requirement. 5e cables and connectors, perfect for Lower Insertion Loss, Crosstalk and Return supporting today’s system operating at Loss performance ensures an improved 10Mbps, 100Mbps or 1000Mbps and SNR at the far-end resulting in cleaner allowing future growth signals, fewer errors and less down time. • Available in both horizontal and patch cables PHYSICAL SPECIFICATIONS Gauge : 24 AWG • Jacket Thickness : 0.61 mm Weight : 15.9kg • Operating Temperature Range : -20 to 60 Outside Diameter : +/- 6.4 mm degree C Insulation Thickness : 0.22 mm Length: 305meter ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS Velocity of Propagation (NVP) : 0.69 • Characteristic Impedance : 100 ohm +/- 15% DC Resistance : 9.38 ohms/100m Max. (1-250MHz) DC Resistance Unbalance : 3% Max. • Prop. Delay (Skew) : 18ns/100m Max. Input : 100 ohm +/- 15% (1- 100MHz) • Mutual Capacitance : 55.8 pF/m Max. Impedance : 100 ohm +/- 22% (>100-250MHz)
