TAS can be formulated in water-based or solvent-based. Solvent-based Anti-Stain is extremely durable under local weather conditions, highly recommended for Exterior use. Meanwhile water-based Anti-Stain is an environmental friendly and high performance non-toxic, solvent free, and water base alkyd emulsified gloss enamel use as an alternative to the conventional solvent content oil base alkyd gloss coat, is only suitable for Interior use. Excellent in anti-dirt, anti-rust, anti-fungus and against flaking. It is good in water repellent where it is washable to surface after drying period. The painted areas will be free from spider web and no appearance of lizard on the painted surface.

Directions
• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from loose particles.
